Flipped the Registration and Run at startup menu item. Were awkwardly ordered. Fixed problem with installing startup item. Breeze will now create the directory ~/Library/LaunchAgents if it doesn't exist. Initial support for window dimension translation between displays - it will try to size the window based off of the source display dimensions (the dimensions the window state was saved in), and map them into the target display dimensions.
